How I Lost 24 Pounds in 12 Weeks
I used to weigh 170 pounds. At my height of 5 foot 5 inches, I was overweight. I had a BMI of 28.3. I was not able to move around comfortably.
I tried every kind of diet to lose weight, but I gained it all back in a few days. Every time I get bombarded with images and videos of delicious food, I lose myself.

It was not an easy task. I suffered from mild headaches and insomnia during my first month every time I fasted. However, I focused on the goal of hitting my ideal weight of 150 pounds.
After 12 weeks of fasting, I was able to hit my ideal weight. Luckily, I even surpassed my goal and hit 146 pounds, a total of 24 pounds lost. Of course, the results vary from person to person. In my case, I added regular cardio exercises and ate a healthy diet to hit my weight loss goal faster.
